ABOUT 'art•ish
Years ago, we noticed a need to create a safe space for black artistry. A place to showcase and celebrate black art and its amazing culture. 'art•ish is an annual event that encourages and inspires black artists to be unapologetically themselves. Rather it’s visual, performative or culinary art, 'art•ish is a bold expression of blackness and liberation.

Showcasing local black artistry and culture will remain our focal point. We are determined to share with the community, and the world, just how much talent is in our city rooted in our culture.
